Transcription: A point that is often forgotten is that e-commerce doesn't end once the financial transaction occurs. There's an entire process of servicing the customer, getting them the product they've ordered or the service that they requested in a way that is going to make sense. It's got to go through an entire workflow process and that workflow process needs to be tracked. XML is the perfect storage mechanism for doing this.
